DELGADO; AIMEE L. DELGADO; ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR REGIONS BANK D/B/A REGIONS MORTGAGE; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 07/15/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
