MEDINA; SANDRA MEDINA; LAKE JESSAMINE ESTATES PHASE 2 HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 07/11/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
