Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 30, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 2008-CA-016663-O, in the Circuit Court for Orange County, Florida, wherein deutsche bank national trust company, as trustee for soundview home loan trust 2005-opt3, asset-backed certificates, series 2005-opt3 is the Plaintiff, and MARCO A. DIAZ, et al., are the Defendants, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
lot 141, quail trail estates unit one, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in plat book 5, pages 79 and 80, public RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 24th day of September, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
