Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 7, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 2012-CA-000928-O, in the Circuit Court for Orange County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and AIMEE AUSTIN, et al., are the Defendants, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
LOT 216 BELLA VIDA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 65, PAGES 90 THROUGH 99, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 9th day of July, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
