NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 7, 2013 and entered in Case No.: 2009-CA-028248-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida. U.s. bank national association, not in its individual capacity but solely as indenture trustee for castle peak 2012-1 loan trust mortgage-backed notes, series 2012-1, is Plaintiff and ruby e. rivera; rafael lopez; any and all unknown parties claiming by through under and against the herein named individual defendant(s) who are not known to be alive or dead. whether said unknown parties may clain an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees or other claimants; avalon park property owners association, inc.; mortgage electronic registration systems, inc., john doe and jane doe as unknown tenats in possession and any unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and other unknown persons or unknown spouses claiming by, through and under any of the above-named., are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the sale date, July 11, 2013, at 11:00 am, at the Orange County Courthouse, 425 N. Orange Avenue Orlando, FL 32801 on the Orange County Real foreclose website: www.myorangeclerk. realforeclosure.com, on the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 147, of AVALON PARK NORTHWEST VILLAGE PHASE 1, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 62 at Page 10 of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
