Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff, SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of ORANGE County, Florida, the Clerk sell the property situated in ORANGE County, Florida described as:
UNIT 117, BUILDING 41, CARMEL OAKS PHASE VI, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3339, AT PAGE 1629, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT TO SAID UNIT.
and commonly known as: 4655 Lighthouse Circle #117, Orlando, Florida 32808, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, on AUGUST 5, 2013, at 11:00 A.M.
