the east 85 feet of the west 640 feet of lot 7, jeffcoat heights, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in plat book r, page(s) 129, of the public records of orange county, florida, less the north 30 feet for road right of way.
and commonly known as: 750 jeffcoat st, apopka, fl 32703; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on August 1, 2013 at 11 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
