NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 5, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-017661-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and BENVENUTO CASTELLANOS A/K/A BENVENUTO R. CASTILLANO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BENVENUTO CASTELLANOS A/K/A BENVENUTO R. CASTILLANO; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 8th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 4, 5 AND 6, BLOCK 9, FIRST ADDITION TO PARADISE HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK “O”, PAGE 72, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
