NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed May 28, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-005356-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE INDYMAC INDB MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2005-1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-1 UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED SEPTEMBER 1, 2005 is Plaintiff and JAY D. HARTZ JR; KATRINA HARTZ; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; TENANT #1; TENANT #2; TENANT #3; TENANT DROP #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession; WELLS FARGO BANK N.A.; VOTAW VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 9th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 187, VOTAW VILLAGE PHASE II, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OR MAP THEREOF DESCRIBED IN PLAT BOOK 21, AT PAGES 53 AND 54, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
