NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 30, 2013, entered in Case No. 2012-CA-018837-O DIV. 33 of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Patricia Isabel Elizee f/k/a Patricia Gulotta; Unknown Spouse of Patricia Isabel Elizee f/k/a Patricia Gulotta; Stephen Gulotta; Unknown Spouse of Stephen Gulotta; SunTrust Bank; Avalon Park Property Owners Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 29th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 44, IN BLOCK E, OF AVALON PARK VILLAGE 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGE 96 THROUGH 104, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
