YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a Complaint to Quiet Title has been filed against you and all parties claiming interests by through, under or against Defendant, MARY E. ETHRIDGE, including any unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors or other claimants claiming interests by, through, under or against, MARY E. ETHRIDGE, who are not known to be dead or alive and a prayer contained within the Complaint demands judgment quieting title on the following described property:
Lot 1 and 2, Block Q, Fairview Shores, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book M, Page(s) 73 through 74, inclusive, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida
Together with all and singular rights, members, hereditaments and appurtenances belonging or in any way incident or appertaining thereto; all improvements now or hereafter situated thereon; and all fixtures now or hereafter attached thereto (all of the same being deemed part of the Property and included in any reference thereto;
Rights, title and interest in and to all present and future leases of the Property and all Rents from the Property. In addition the security interest in the Personal Property and rents.
YOU ARE REQUIRED to serve a copy of your Answer to the Complaint on Hunter G. Norton, Esquire, of Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP, P.O. Box 49948, Sarasota, Florida 34230, on or before 30 days from the date of the first publication of this Notice. If you fail to do so, Judgment by Default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
