NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 6th day of June, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009CA017854O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and FRITZ J. SEIDE; AVALON PARK PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; JUDITH SEIDE; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Room 350- Civil Division of the Orange County Courthouse, 425 N. Orange Ave, Orlando, FL 32801 at the Orange County Courthouse in Orlando, Florida, at 11:00 a.m. on the 10th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 237, OF AVALON PARK NORTHWEST VILLAGE PHASE 2, 3 AND 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 63, AT PAGES 94 THROUGH 103, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
