Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 7, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 2008-CA-010278, in the Circuit Court for Orange County, Florida, wherein BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-85CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-85CB is the Plaintiff, and MERYL ROTHSTEIN, et al., are the Defendants, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
UNIT NO. 111, BUILDING NO. 17 OF SERENATA CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8176, PAGE 1877, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 12 day of September, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
