NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on May 31, 2013 in Civil Case No. 48-2009-CA-0011539-O, of the Circuit Court of the Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff, and MAYRA KOTTKE; REGENCY GARDENS CONDOMINIUM; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Lydia Gardner, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on July 10, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT A-203, REGENCY GARDENS A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8476, PAGE 291, AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
