NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated MAY 28, 2013 and entered in Case No. 08-2011-CA-003751 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and SARAH A. AUDETTE; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR SPECIALIZED LOAN SERVICING, LLC; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statues at 11:00AM, on the 19th day of SEPTEMBER, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
