NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 28, 2013 and entered in Case No. 08-2012-CA-003019 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and HENRY REPOSA A/K/A HENRY F. REPOSA; ANN MARIE REPOSA; SECTION 23, PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; DEEP CREEK CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statues at 11:00AM, on the 26th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
