NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 28 day of May, 2013, and entered in Case No. 08-2009-CA-006909, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC. is the Plaintiff and DAVID S. ARP and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at, 11:00 AM on the 27 day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 2, BUILDING A, SPINNAKER BAY, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF SPINNAKER BAY, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 942, PAGE 285, ET SEQ., AND AS AMENDED, AND IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 7, PAGES 71A THROUGH 71I, INCLUSIVE, AND AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
