NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 28, 2013 and entered in Case No. 08-2012-CA-000650 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and RHONDA ALMEIDA; MARC E ALMEIDA A/K/A MARC ALMEIDA; CATHERINE MARIE PREZZAMA, AS TRUSTEE OF THE CATHERINE MARIE PREZZAMA REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DATED OCT 16, 2008; CATHERINE MARIE PREZZAMA A/K/A CATHERINE M PREZZAMA; DEEP CREEK CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC.
