UNIT 206, BUILDING G, PHASE 1 LAKE VIEW IV CONDOMINIUM AT HERITAGE LAKE PARK, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2995, PAGE 359, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 15, PAGE 5A, PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 2121 heron lake dr unit 206, PUNTA GORDA, FL 33983; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.Charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, on October 2, 2013 at 11:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
