NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 11, 2013 and entered in Case No. 11-2012-CA-003744 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and SUSAN M. AKERS; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SUSAN S. AKERS N/K/A RICHARD ROBINSON; JEFFREY E. KAROL; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JEFFREY E. KAROL N/K/A ROSANA CARRION; REGIONS BANK D/B/A AMSOUTH BANK; PALM RIVER HOMEOWNERS AND CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE ANNEX, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 11th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 846, PALM RIVER ESTATES, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 96, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
