NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 10, 2013 and entered in Case No. 11-2012-CA-004009 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and SARAH P. FINER A/K/A SARAH P. DYER; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SARAH P. FINER A/K/A SARAH P. DYER N/K/A JOHN DOE; CITIBANK, FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; THE PRESERVE AT THE SHORES AT BERSHIRE LAKES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE SHORES AT BERKSHIRE LAKES MASTER HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE ANNEX, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 10 day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 3503 PHASE 35 THE PRESERVE AT THE SHORES AT BERKSHIRE LAKES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 2594, PAGE 1409; AND ANY AMENDMENTS THEREOF; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS DECLARED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM TO BE AN APPURTENANCE TO THE ABOVE DESCRIBED UNIT; SAID INSTRUMENTS BEING RECORDED AND SAID LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
