NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 8th day of March, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 013022, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff JARED J. SIEVER and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 9th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 35.22 FEET OF LOT 50 AND THE NORTH 35.22 FEET OF LOT 51, ALDRICH PARK, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 104, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PROPERTY BEING DETERMINED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISION OF THAT CERTAIN BOUNDARY AGREEMENT RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 350, PAGE 187, OF SAID RECORDS.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
