Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 5, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 41 2012 CA 001958, in the Circuit Court for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and DIOCELINA INA PEREZ ALONSO A/K/A DIOCELINA PEREZ A/K/A DIOCELINA PEREZ ALONSO, et al., are the Defendants, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
LOT 8, CORTEZ LANDINGS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGES 61 AND 64, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 5 day of July, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
