THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL

CIVIL ACTION
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on July 10, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. on the Third Floor Lobby Area of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
Parcel 1:
Lot 1, Block 4, TOWN OF EVERGLADES, in accordance with and subject to the replat recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 73, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida;
and Parcel 2:
A parcel of land in Section 14, Township 53 South, Range 29 East, EVERGLADES CITY, Collier County, Florida, described as follows:
Begin at the intersection of the South right-of-way line of Hibiscus Street and the West right-of-way line of Buckner Avenue, according to the plat of “TOWN OF EVERGLADES” as recorded in Plat Book 1, Pages 87 through 95, Public Records of Collier County, Florida; thence along the West right-of way line of Buckner Avenue S 00 degrees 00' 26” West 200.05 feet to the intersection of the West right-of-way line of Buckner Avenue and North right-of-way line of Broadway; thence along the North right-of-way of Broadway; N 90 degrees 00' 00” West, 136.39 feet; thence leaving said North right-of-way line, N 00 degrees 00' 00” East 85.00 feet; thence N. 35 degrees 42' 53” East 24.69 feet; thence N. 00 degrees 00' 00” East 95.00 feet to the aforementioned South right-of-way line of Hibiscus Street; thence along said South right-of-way N 90 degrees 00' 00” East 122.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
