GABBAY, et al., are the Defendants, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
BUILDING NO. 14, UNIT NO. 17, THE PALMS OF CORTEZ, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED JULY 14, 2005 IN O.R. BOOK 2038, PAGES 5178 THROUGH 5309, AS AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 2041, PAGE 6955, TOGETHER WITH ALL OTHER EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 5 day of July, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
