Notice is hereby GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 13, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 12-CC-2582 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in the Lobby, Third Floor, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 10th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Condominium Unit 101, Building 400, POSITANO PLACE AT NAPLES IV, A CONDOMINIUM, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Record Book 4014, Page 546, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of COLLIER County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
