NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 11, 2013, and entered in Case No. 1300302CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and RICHARD O. ORLANDI; MARY ANN ORLANDI; PERIDOT CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; LELY RESORT MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; SUNSTONE ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at THE LOBBY ON THE THIRD floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 10 day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 404, BUILDING 4, PERIDOT AT SUNSTONE ON THE FAIRWAYS, A CONDOMINIUM AND UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2111, PAGES 584 THROUGH 666, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND SUSEQUENT AMENDEMENTS THERETO.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
