NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated June 10, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-2012-CA-004125, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST CO., N.A., F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST CO.,N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR MULTI-CLASS MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, CHASEFLEX TRUST SERIES 2007-3is Plaintiff and MICHAEL T. MARTIN; MARIANNE MARTIN; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; ESTUARY OF MARCO, INC.; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at THE LOBBY ON THE THIRD floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 10 day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
APARTMENT NO. 6-202, THE ESTUARY OF MARCO, A CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1152, PAGES 276 THROUGH 371, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
