Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, I will sell the property situate in Collier County, Florida, described as:
UNIT NO. 203, OF THE DUNES OF NAPLES 1, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS 2777, PAGE 3078 THROUGH 3160, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
A/K/A 300 Dunes Blvd., #203, Naples, FL 34110
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Third Floor, Lobby, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 E. Tamiami Trail, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 AM, on July 10, 2013.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
