NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 14 day of June, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-007280, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein THE HUNTINGTON NATIONAL BANK is the Plaintiff and ROSE K. LEGRAND, FEDERAL HOME LOAN BANK OF ATLANTA, A FEDERAL CORPORATION, REFLECTIONS AT JUBILATION CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., IVEL JEAN MICHEL and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby in the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 am on the 11 day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT I, BUILDING 54, REFLECTIONS AT JUBILATION, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 3096, PAGE 1624, AND AS AMENDED, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
