NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated May 31, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 41-2011-CA-003062 DIVISION: B, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDER OF SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2006-EQ1 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-EQ1 is Plaintiff, and DEREK MITCHELL JELINEK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DEREK MITCHELL JELINEK; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
R.B. “Chips” Shore, the Clerk of Court Shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., at an online public sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on the 3rd day of July, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 34.64 FEET OF LOT 5 AND THE SOUTH 45.36 FEET OF LOT 4, BLOCK B, CORTEZ ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 32, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This property is located at the Street address of: 4419 West 58th Street, Bradenton, FL 34210
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
