NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 7, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 6643 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WELLS FARGO HOME MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and MARK R. WELLS; JEANIE WELLS AKA JEANIE K WELLS; TENANT #1 N/K/A CONNIE SMITH, and TENANT #2 N/K/A KIRK MORLES are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 11th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THE EAST 10.75 FEET OF LOT 16, ALL OF LOT 18 AND THE WEST 9.50 FEET OF LOT 20, ORANGE PARK, AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 75, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
