NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on June 12, 2013 in Civil Case No. 11-2012-CA-000724, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff, and VICKI L. SMITH;; CITIBANK (SOUTH DAKOTA) N.A.; are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash IN THE LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FL beginning at 11:00 AM on July 10, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 20, BLOCK 112, OF GOLDEN GATE UNIT 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 97, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
