NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 12, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 1001286CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 11 day of July, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. on the Third Floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 234, OF THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS GOLDEN GATE, UNIT 7, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE(S) 135-146.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
