Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on May 31, 2013, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
UNIT 26-B, HERITAGE PINES, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 993, PAGES 224 THROUGH 330, INCLUSIVE AND AMENDMENTS THERETO AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 11, PAGE 37 THRU 42 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
