You are hereby notified that an Order of Summary Administration has been entered in the estate of VERNON J. JOHNSON, deceased, File Number 13-435-CP, by the Circuit Court for Collier County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is P.O. Box 413044, Naples, Florida 34101-3044; that the decedent's date of death was December 18, 2012; that the total value of the estate is less than $75,000 and that the names of those to whom it has been assigned by such order are: Donna E. Johnson, c/o Cummings &Lockwood LLC, P.O. Box 413032, Naples, FL 34101-3032; Donna E. Johnson, Trustee of the Vernon J. Johnson Revocable Trust dated 5/13/2010.
ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE NOTIFIED THAT:
All creditors of the estate of the decedent and persons having claims or demands against Order of Summary Administration must file their claims with this court WITHIN THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH IN SECTION 733.702 OF THE FLORIDA PROBATE CODE.
ALL CLAIMS AND DEMANDS NOT SO FILED WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
