NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated June 12, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-2012-CA-000040, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and JOHN J. SCHNEIDERJOHN; COLLEEN SCHNEIDERJOHN; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; THE QUARRY COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; HERITAGE BAY UMBRELLA ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the Lobby on the Third Floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Collier County Courthouse, at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 in COLLIER County, FLORIDA, at 11:00 a.m., on the 11 day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 52, BLOCK” S”, QUARRY, PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGES 57 THROUGH 67, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
