NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 12 day of June, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-05891 CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and JAN OWEN ZUCCARELLO, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS TRUSTEE A/K/A JAN ZUCCARELLO CEDRONE, SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, TUSCANY AT THE VINEYARDS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAN OWEN ZUCCARELLO A/K/A JAN ZUCCARELLO CEDRONE N/K/A JAN ZUCCARELLO CEDRONE and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 10 day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 102, TUSCANY AT THE VINEYARDS, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1429, PAGE 1679, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
