NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 7, 2013 and entered in Case No. 41-2010-CA-006758 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BANC OF AMERICA ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2004-5, MORTGAGE PASSTHROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-5 is the Plaintiff and JOSEPH S. DASH; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSEPH S. DASH; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 11th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
