NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 22nd day of March, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010CA006209, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Manatee County Public Auction website, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on the 23rd day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 507, Block A, Villages of Thousand oaks, Village V, a subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 24 Pages 48 through 53, inclusive, of the Public Records of Manatee County, FL
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
