Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on June 7, 2013, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
LOT 63, UNIT E, GREYHAWK LANDING, PHASE 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGE 162, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
a/k/a 12408 NATUREVIEW, BRADENTON, FL 34212
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida, on July 11, 2013 at 11:00 AM.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
