NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 12, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-010457 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and JUAN RODRIGUEZ; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JUAN RODRIGUEZ (REFUSED NAME); YAMILE C. CARBALLOSA-VENTO; FOXBROOK HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 12th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
