KLAISS, ALMA G. KLAISS, are Defendants.
PAULA S. O'NEIL, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com,, at 11:00 AM, on the 15th day of July, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, OF SIGNAL COVE, UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 74, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN 1970 SUNHO MOBILE HOME IDENTIFIED BY VIN NUMBERS 47242134B2868A AND VIN 47242134B2868B.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale.
