Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Uniform Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-captioned action, I will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida, described as follows, to wit:
LOT 11, OF DUDZIC SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 98, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN 2000, CYPRESS MA, 48 x 24 MOBILE HOME, SERIAL NUMBER: FLHMLCY143021983AB.
Commonly known as: 15630 Juliet Court, Hudson, Florida 34667 at public sale on July 15, 2013, at 11:00 A.M. EST after having first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes. The judicial sale will be conducted electronically online at the following website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com.
If you are a subordinate lien holder claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the Clerk of Court no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
