COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF TRACT 123 AS PER PLAT OF THE ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY LANDS, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 26 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, THENCE RUN NORTH 325 FEET, THENCE WEST 525 FEET, THENCE NORTH 105 FEET TO POINT OF BEGINNING, THENCE NORTH 105 FEET, THENCE WEST 136.89 FEET MORE OR LESS, TO THE WEST BOUNDARY OF TRACT 118, AS PER PLAT OF THE ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY LANDS, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 55, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, THENCE SOUTH 105 FEET, THENCE EAST 136.89 FEET MORE OR LESS, TO POINT OF BEGINNING. EXCEPT THE EAST 15 FEET THEREOF AS ROAD RIGHT OF WAY FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS FOR OTHER LANDS NOW OWNED OR HERETOFORE OWNED BY THE GRANTORS IN SAID TRACT, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Coplen, P.A., 10225 Ulmerton Road, Suite 5A, Largo, FL 33771, on or before 7/22/2013 or within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court at Robert D. Sumner Judicial Center, 38053 Live Oak Ave. Dade City FL 33523, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint petition.
