(USA) f/k/a NationsBank, N.A, JPMorgan Chase Bank, as successor in interest by merger with Chase Manhattan Bank, USA, N.A, Esperanza S. McGettrick, are defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on held online www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 15th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
