THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF COUNTRYWIDE MORTGAGE BACKED SECURITIES, SERIES 2003-R4is Plaintiff and KEN GALEANO, AS TRUSTEE OF THE 08-2006 DILBECK LAND TRUST UTD, DATED AUGUST 10, 2006; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF 08-2006 DILBECK TRUST; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION, are defendants.
