F/K/A Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., is the Plaintiff and Craig J. Van Sweringen A/K/A Craig Van Sweringen, Countrywide Home Loans, Inc., Grand Oaks Association, Inc., Kerry S. Van Sweringen, are defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on held online www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 8th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
