NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on May 21, 2013 in Civil Case No. 2009 CA 004208 NC, of the Circuit Court of the Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein, FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff, and DANIEL W. DUBBS; DEBRA K. DUBBS; JOHN DOE NKA KATELYN MONROE; JANE DOE NKA JESSICA POINT; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Donald C. Spencer, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on July 26, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13 AND THE EAST ΒΌ OF LOT 11, BLOCK L, LA LINDA TERRACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 85, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
