NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated May 24, 2013, entered in Case No. 2009 CA 007510 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Carrington Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2006-FRE2 Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates is the Plaintiff and Jeffrey W. Lahdenpera; Unknown Spouse of Jeffrey W. Lahdenpera; Sorrento Place Condominium Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 2nd day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 802, SORRENTO PLACE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1863, PAGE 2039, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 25, PAGE 44, 44A-44F, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
